Payment Guidelines

All SalsaVault paid plans are monthly subscriptions. There are no one-time purchases.

Accepted payment methods

  • Credit & debit cards via Stripe Checkout
  • PayPal subscriptions

Billing

Your card or PayPal account is charged once per month on the date you subscribed. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Failed or cancelled payments

If a payment fails or is cancelled, your plan is not changed and no charge is recorded. You'll see the message: "Payment was not completed. Your plan was not changed."

Refunds

If something goes wrong, contact support within 7 days of the charge and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.

Security

SalsaVault never stores your card details. All payment data is handled by Stripe and PayPal on PCI-compliant infrastructure.
